Phonotherm 200 is a versatile insulation board made of high quality polyurethane hard foams and free from CFC, HCFC and formaldehyde. It is a multi-functional material with excellent thermal insulation properties and high resistance to moisture making it very durable and excellent in the prevention of rot. It is also resistant to chemicals, easy to work and it can be laminated and combined with other materials.

Application Guide:

Use conventional tungsten-carbide tipped woodworking machinery for sawing, grinding, milling.
In principle, we recommend an extraction system. The dust created during machining is physiologically harmless and not fibrous.
Pre-drill before screwing or use self-drill screws.
Phonotherm 200 can be screwed, milled, ground, drilled and glued.
Use 2-component polyurethane adhesives for gluing butt joints of boards, cuts and strips.
