PHS Argo Plus (Multi-Tape) is a premium adhesive tape for universal applications. It is used for airtight bonding and sealing of penetrations and overlaps of vapour barriers and is also suitable for bonding roofing underlays and facade membranes installed under an external weatherproof sheathe. This multi-tape is characterised by a very pliable polyethylene film, layered with a reinforcement mesh, an extremely adherent and moisture resistant polyacrylate adhesive; this offers ease of application and outstanding ageing resistance.
Application Areas:
- Airtight bonding and sealing of penetrations and overlaps of internal wind and vapor barriers in accordance with DIN 4108-7.
- Bonding and sealing of overlaps, joints, and penetrations of permeable and non-permeable roofing underlayments on steep roofs as well as facade membranes sealed behind external sheathing.
Important:
- The tape and membrane should not be exposed to any mechanical strain during or after installation.
